Replacement Process

  1. Email us at support@deewangi.com with your Order ID and issue details
  2. Attach clear photos or videos of the product
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
  4. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product back
  5. After inspection, a replacement product will be dispatched

Shipping Charges

  • Replacement is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • In case of self-shipping, courier charges will be reimbursed with proof

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted if:

  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • There are minor color differences due to screen or lighting
