- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted
Conditions for Replacement
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- Photo or video proof of the issue is required
- The product must not be used, washed, or altered
Replacement Process
- Email us at support@deewangi.com with your Order ID and issue details
- Attach clear photos or videos of the product
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product back
- After inspection, a replacement product will be dispatched
Shipping Charges
- Replacement is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- In case of self-shipping, courier charges will be reimbursed with proof
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement requests will not be accepted if:
- The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
- The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- There are minor color differences due to screen or lighting
- The issue is related to size (unless a wrong size was sent)
Important Notes
- Replacement is subject to product availability
- If the product is not available, store credit or a refund may be provided
